Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women aged between 25-50 years with presenting lakshanas of Prasramsini yonivyapad. 1.Women with Backache or Dragging pain in pelvis. 2.Women with mass felt per vagina during increased intra-abdominal pressure. 3.Women with First degree and second degree uterine prolapse with Cystocele or without cystocele. 4.Women who had difficult vaginal delivery, instrumental delivery and home delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Women aged below 25 years and above 50 years 2 Pregnant women 3 Women with third degree prolapse or Procidentia women with rectal prolapse 4 Subjects with congenital anomalies of uterus 5 Subjects suffering from metabolic disorders like diabetes mellitus chronic cough allergic bronchitis malignancy 6 Uterine Prolapse with myometrial fibroids more than 5 cm and Subserosal fibroid more than 5cm and cervical polyp 7 Uterine Prolapse with Decubitus Ulcer History of any other pelvic pathology like ovarian tumors PID endometriosis
