Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals between the age group of 18 to 40 years, of either gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who had any previously diagnosed wrist and hand pathologies like fractures, open wounds, etc.
