Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a probing depth of more than 6mm and evidence of vertical bone loss in the first or second molar region(two walled defect)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smokers, pregnant and lactating women, medically compromised patients
