Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the residents 50+ years of age living in the rural tribal region of Tapi district of Gujarat state will be included in the study. They should be the resident of that household for at least 3 months in a year and sharing meals from the same kitchen with the other members of the household.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person resident in the area for less than 3 months, guests, people not able to communicate and cooperate with the survey staff. E.g. people with deafness, dementia and psychiatric illness. But these individuals will be examined, provided with treatments and referred accordingly to the secondary or tertiary level for their extra ocular ill health for further treatment
