Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA PS I and II 2.Elective nose and throat surgeries requiring throat pack insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Awake intubation 2.Rapid sequence intubation 3.Patients undergoing neurosurgery, surgical oncology

Intraoral movement of the tube while packing Timepoint: At the time of placing the throat pack , 2 minutes
