Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy 500 subjects of age group of 18 to 30 years, irrespective of gender, caste, religion and socio-economic status will be included in the study - Subjects having characteristics of Raktadhatu Sarata.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects are having H/O Raktadhatu PradoshajVikara since a month Those individuals who are suffering from psychosomatic disorders and taking medication for the same will be excluded.
