Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptomatic ACL deficient knee undergoing arthroscopically assisted ACL reconstruction due to instability. 2. Age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pateints who are undergoing revision ACL reconstruction. 2. Patients undergoing surgery for associated collateral or posterior cruciate ligament injury
