Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with eGFR <60 ml/min/1.73m2 who underwent elective cardiovascular angiography,PCI or both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a). Patient unwilling and unable to give valid informed written consent b). Acute Coronary Syndrome c). End Stage Renal Disease requiring dialysis d). Cardiogenic shock, Congestive Heart Failure e). H/o hypersensitivity to contrast media f).Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,sPO2 g). Use of antioxidant N- acetyl cysteine to prevent CIN

The primary outcome is the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy, de ?ned as a 25% or 0.3 mg/dl increase in serum creatinine levels from baseline within 48 hours of exposure of contrast mediaTimepoint: 48 hours
