Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with diabetes whose age is more than 30 years & have been on treatment for diabetes for 5 or more years and is attending the Medical OPD/ Diabetes clinic of Lok Nayak Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with Vit B12 or Folate deficiency, hypothyroidism, CKD with uremic symptoms, ethanol abuse, any history of drug intake causing peripheral neuropathy will be excluded.
