Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years of age of both sexes who can give informed consent with Widal titres more than 1:160 and or blood culture positive cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years or patients who are not able to give informed consent
