Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Apparently healthy individuals with the age group between 18 to 40 years. 2 Individuals who are sleep deprived and compensating sleep within 24hrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant women. 2 Subjects having addiction and under oral medication.
