Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Histologically confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma symptomatic for pain. 2.Willing to participate in the study and informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior history of Radiation therapy to the site planned for radiotherapy now. 2. Surgical intervention performed. 3. Evidence of Fracture. 4. Spinal cord compression. 5. Asymptomatic pts. 6. Hemi-body irradiation planned 7. Predicted life expectancy 8. Presence of neurological deficit 9. Presence of large soft tissue on CT/ MRI 10. Conditions or circumstances that may interfere with treatment or follow-up

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The treatment of Multiple Myeloma is chemotherapy and Radiation is given for symptomatic pain control. Radiation does not have any impact in overall outcome (Survial).Timepoint: 4 years
