Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Rectal Cancer that require Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy T3/T4 Tumours T1/T2 with node involvement Mesorectal Fascia involvement 2.Perfomance score 0-2 ECOG 3.Provides a voluntry informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Metastatic disease at presentation. 2. history of radiotherapy for rectal cancers or other cancers of the pelvic region. 3.Patients receiving short course RT. 4.Relative contraindications to pelvic radiotherapy like presence of connective tissue disorders or irritable bowel syndrome/inflammatory bowel disease. 5. Patients not having adequate pre radiotherapy staging assessment like MRI. 6. Unfit or contraindicated to receive concurrent systemic chemotherapy due to presence of comorbidities, known allergy, etc.
