Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE:20 -60 SEX:Male,Female and Transgender BMI (Class I obese)- 30 to 34.9 Patients willing to give blood sample for laboratory investigation. Patients willing to sign the informed consent stating that he /she will consciously stick to the treatment for 90 days but can opt out of the trial pof his/her own conscious discretion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypothyroidism Hypertension Diabetes Mental disorder Dyslipidemia pregnancy and lactation Person undergoing treatment for any other serious illness.

To evaluvate the clinical efficacy of yogam therapy and asuwathi chooranam(internal)in the management of Athithoolam(Obesity)Timepoint: 13 weeks.

To study the incidence of the Athithoolam with respect to age sex socio economic status occupation diet and habitTimepoint: 13 weeks
