Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients age 35 - 65 years and above of either sex, irrespective of work and socio economical status having memory complaint more than 6 months, whose score on ACE- III is 85-92 whose minimal education is 7th standard and Onset of type II Diabetes mellitus for at least 5 years or more with controlled Blood Sugar Level parameters with No chronic inflammatory diseases or infections such as Rheumatoid Arthritis etc.and not on regular consumption of other herbal drugs and having Deterioration of memory along with at least three of the following five complaints: Poor orientation, Poor Judgment and Problem solving difficulties, Inability to function independently in home and during hobbies and difficulties in personal care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having History of significant hearing and visual impairment, having severe neuropsychological disorders like Schizophrenia, Mania, Parkinsonâ??s disease, Epilepsy etc. with Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus and uncontrolled Hypertension and Alcoholic, Chain smoker.
