Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cleft palate undergoing palatoplasty. 2. ASA PS 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local anaesthetics 2. Not consented by parents 3. Upper respiratory tract infection 4. Major cardiac or pulmonary disorders 5. Bleeding disorders
