Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients undergoing surgical process under general anesthesia who requires insertion of a Ryles tube. - Age 20-70 years - ASA PS 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Allergy to local anaesthetics - patients with abnormal coagulation - Deviated nasal septum - Nasal polyps
