Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing major head and neck surgeries where blood loss is expected 2. Haemoglobin >10 gm/dl 3. ASA PS 1 and 2 4. Age 15 years to 70 yrs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with haemophilia 2. Minor surgeries with minimal blood loss
