Intervention1: Dadimadi Avaleha: Dosage(Age group 3 to 6 years)- 15 gm in two divided doses before food ( Age group 7 to 9 years)- 25 gm in two divided doses before food ( Age group 10 to 12 years)- 3

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age between 3yrs to 16 yrs irrespective of gender. 2 Hb >6.5% and 3 Pre diagnosed cases will be taken. 4 Patients with positive sickling test. 5 Patients with sign and symptoms of Sickle cell Anaemia like pallor, fatique, pain, loss of appetite etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age less than 3yrs and greater than 16 yrs. 2 Hb 11.5%. 3 SCA associated with other disease like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Thalassemia.
