Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA PHYSICAL STATUS I,II,III MALAMPATTI GRADE 1/2 BMI Patients posted for planned shuolder surgery patients able to understand VAS regarding assesment of pain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients not willing to participate allergy to local anaesthetics patients with coagulopathy,local infection patients with comorbid conditions affecting nerves like Diabetes mellitus,convulsions,epilepsy,motor neuron disease patients with preexisting neurological deficits history of drug or alcohol abuse, psychiatric illness
