Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children requiring bilateral extractions Franklâ??s Behaviour rating scales III and IV Never exposed to TENS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No aversive experience about medical or dental treatment Children with allergy to local anesthesia Children with systemic diseases, intellectual disability, psychiatric disorders and dental abscesses or fistulas in the procedure site
