Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who are caring for patients with acute poisoning poisoning 2.Nurses who are working in ICU for more than 3 months 3. Nurses who consent to participate in the study 4. Patients with organophosphate poisoning 5. Patients and their primary caregivers who consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who are on long leave and not present during the study period 2.Care givers who are not willing to participate
