Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with FBS: 100 to 125mg/dL or PPBS 140 to 199 mg/dL AND HbA1C: 5.7% to 6.4% Both male and female Age group 18 to 55 years Visceral fat >7% PA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of T2DM and hypertension Neurological Impairment Severe cardiovascular risk Foot Ulcer and amputation of lower limb Metal implant Peripheral vascular disease Psychiatric condition Pregnancy
