Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age : 65 and above Sex: Male/Female OPD patients of Medicine/ Geriatric Department. Patient who is taking 2 or more drugs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 65 years Patient on single drug Severely ill patients Not willing to participate in the study
