Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informal caregivers of age above 18 years who have been caring the patient for more than 6 months without any payment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: MiniCog suggested cognitive impairment Kessler 6 score below 18 suggesting signs of depression
