Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No systemic & musculoskeletal red flag 2. Neck pain with or without arm pain and movement restriction 3. Participant able to understand and read English or Tamil and follow instructions given by Investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous cervical trauma 2. Fracture or surgery in cervical spine 3. Deformity of the spine (Severe Kyphosis, Severe Scoliosis). 4. Inner ear infections 5. Inflammatory rheumatologic disease 6. Vertebro - basilar artery insufficiency 7. Malignancy 8. Neurological evidence leading to balance disturbances (eg: sensory ataxia) 9. Primary Shoulder Problem
