Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status grade I or II adults Age 18 to 65 years Scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who require awake fibreoptic-guided tracheal intubation 2.Patients requiring rapid sequence intubation or at risk of aspiration 3.Pregnancy
