Inclusion criteria: ASA [American Society of Anaesthesiologists] I-II patients All distal upper limb surgical and orthopedic procedures Elective and emergency procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Allergic to ropivacaine Coagulopathy Infection at injection site Shoulder or chest area deformity or previous surgical scar Patients with respiratory distress Pre-existing neurological deficit in the limb Patients weighing less than 40kgs
