Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Excessive menstrual bleeding (more than 3 regular sized pads soaked per day) Prolonged menstrual bleeding. Inter menstrual bleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients using IUCD or Oral contraceptive pills or Hormonal therapy. Patients having any systemic illness. Patients having any organic pelvic pathology. Patients having H/O recent delivery, threatened or spontaneous or incomplete abortion and ectopic pregnancy. Patients with bleeding from sites other than uterus. Patients with Hb
