Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary complaint of shoulder pain 2.Baseline Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) score of 20% or greater
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Any contraindication to mobilization technique 2.Serious pathology and recent trauma or acute fracture to cervical or thoracic region 3.Prior surgery to cervical or thoracic spine 4.Adhesive capsulitis 5.CNS involvement 6.Current use on steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs

| 1.Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) NPRS will be used to assess the pain intensity. It has a range from 0 which indicates no pain up to 10 which indicates the worst pain. Patient will be asked to rate their pain intensity. 2.Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) SPADI is a 13 item questionnaire consisting of a pain domain with 5 questions and a disability domain with 8 questions which will be used to assess pain and shoulder disability. Timepoint: Baseline on the 1st day Post intervention at the end of 2nd week Post intervention at the end of 4th week Follow up after 3 month | — |
