Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PRIMI WITH ABOVE 37WEEKS OF GESTATIONAL AGE WITH OUT ANY MEDICAL ILLNESS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parturient refusal for the procedure 2. Platelet count less than one lakh per dL 3. Coagulopathy with INR greater than 1.5 4. Patients on magnesium infusion

Compare effectiveness of analgesia according to VAS scale, FACES score and maternal satisfaction, hemodynamic changes and neonatal outcome. Compare the side effect profiles of the two gruops.
