Health Condition 1: E114- Type 2 diabetes mellitus with neurological complications

Interventions

Intervention1: SYTEMIC INTERVENTION: Patient with type II Diabetes is advised to consume Neurokind RF containing 100mg Lipoic acid, is taken once daily at night orally for 30 days Control Intervention

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with history of oral mucosal burning/stinging pain for at least six months without any clinical oral lesions possible responsible for the burning/stinging sensation. Patient with type II diabetes for more than 20 years Both the genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under pregnancy; breastfeeding Diabetic patients without burning mouth Pathologies that could be responsible for the oral burning/stinging sensation Patients with known local and systemic causes of the oral burning symptoms Active infection requiring antibiotic treatment Patients not willing to participate in the study
