Intervention1: Total Intravenous Anaesthesia: Propofol will be used for maintenance of anaesthesia. it will be given at Induction and Maintenance Phase of anaesthesia. total dose given will be 2 mg/kg

Inclusion criteria: Primary breast cancer without known metastasis scheduled for unilateral MODIFIED RADICLE MASTECTOMIES

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous surgery for breast cancer Inflammatory breast cancer Free flap reconstruction ASA Status � 4 Other coexistent cancer
