Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All individuals after informed consent between age 18 and 50 years are grouped into normal, overweight and obese subjects based on BMI(WHO ASIA PACIFIC GUIDELINES) after the exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient less than 18 years and more than 50 years of age Pregnancy Oedematous state due to any cause Organ failures(liver, kidney, heart and lung) Hypothyroidism, Diabetes mellitus,hypertension, dyslipidemia On treatment with thiazides,lipid-lowering agents and glucocorticoids Any acute illness Chronic diseases like TB, HIV and CTD
