Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Workers who seek healthcare and had out of pocket expenditure on health in the last year. 2.Workers who worked for a minimum of 1 year in that particular industry. 3.Workers aged 18 -60 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Workers who did not have any out of pocket expenditure on health in the last year 2. Workers who are not willing to participate
