Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All hair colours except grey hair hair length long enough to pluck individuals who do head massage individuals with self proclaimed non pathological thinning of hair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals on hormonal or endocrine oral medication Individuals on topical medication or oral medication promoting hair growth Any diseases of scalp

Trichoscan will be used to measure the hair growth variables Hair density Hair thickness Hair growth rate Anagen hair rate telogen hair rate pilosebaceous unitTimepoint: Assessment will be done prior to the commencement of the study and at the end of 6 months of the study.
