Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal Pregnant women age group of 20-38yrs without any thyroid medication or known thyroid illness coming for regular antenatal checkup

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic hypertension , overt diabetes, IVF pregnancy, multifetal gestation, thyroid cancer/thyroidectomy/any surgery of thyroid ,pregnancy known with TORCHS infection.

Understanding the influence of thyroid hormone micronutrients/MCT8 expression on fetal growth rate can help us in deciding critical values for eachTimepoint: end of pregnancy/delivary of baby

MeasureTime frame
Understanding the role of these micronutrients / thyroid hormone/MCT8 expression on aneuploidy risk score and its parameters will help in risk stratification, developing cutoffs and algorithms for better management of such casesTimepoint: every 3 month
