Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients suffering from acute sinusitis 2 Signs and symptoms of Headache 3 watery discharge from nostrils 4 Redness of eyes tenderness on face 5 Patients willing to sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with evidence of Malignancy 2 Patient having tuberculosis with Sinusitis 3 H/o Cardiac diseases 4 H/o Uncontrolled Hypertension 5 H/o Chronic kidney disease 6 Cancer patients 7 Pregnancy and lactation 8 Bronchial Asthma 9 Patient with any other serious systemic illness
