Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects presenting with classical clinical features of Vatarakta. Subjects of either gender between 18-60 years. Subjects fit for Niruha and Anuvasana Basti Karma. Subjects willing to take AjaMamsa Rasa as Basti Dravya. Uric Acid level above 6 mg/Dl in females. Uric Acid level above 7 mg/Dl in males.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with chronic auto immune disease of joints and with joint deformity due to it. Subjects with uncontrolled metabolic, systemic disorders. Pregnant and lactating women. Subjects contraindicated for Niruha and Anuvasana Basti. Subjects with Alpa Bala.
