Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Inter-state migrant labourers working in sites where construction projects are undertaken under government owned company of the Government of Goa i.e., GSIDC (Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited). 2) Men more than 18 years of age. 3) Inter-state migrant construction labourers who have been staying more than 3 months. 4) Inter-state migrant construction labourers who understand and know to speak in Hindi language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Sites where the migrant construction labourers are involved in repair and maintenance works under GSIDC (Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited).
