Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)children posted for elective adenotonsillectomy surgery under anaesthesia 2)ASA physical status I,II 3)Age 5-14 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Refusal to consent by parents and children 2)Children with developmental anomalies 3)History of significant systemic disorders (cardiovascular, respiratory, central nervous system or renal system) 4)Preexisting musculoskeletal disorders 5)Allergy to the test drugs 6)Duration of Surgery exceeding 1.5 hours 7)Hypo/hyper Magnesemia
