Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pain and tenderness , often sudden and severe in the ankle joints swelling present in the ankle joint a feeling of looseness in the ankle joint. Patients willing to undergo Laboratory investigations patients willing to sign the informed consent stating that he/she will conscientiously stick to the treatment during 48 days but can opt out of the trial of his/her own conscious discretion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complete ligament tear of the ankle joint Evidence of bony fractures in X-rays Tuberculoid arthritis Syphilitic arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis Inflammatory arthritis Gouty arthritis Septic arthritis Gonococcal arthritis Psoriatic arthritis Pregnancy and lactation women Patient with any other serious systemic illness.
