Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients using Tablet Hydroxychloroquine for more than 12 +/- 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any ocular infection, or any other ocular disease like glaucoma, optic nerve and retinal diseases, uveitis, previous ocular surgeries, refractive errors and media opacity (Refractive error greater than +/- 6D sphere or +/- 3D cylindrical) 2. Patients with renal/ liver dysfunction. 3. Patients on concomitant Tamoxifen therapy. 4. Parents not willing to participate.
