Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mallampati grade 1 & 2 patients No preoperative pulmonary diseases (obstructive/restrictive) Elective surgical procedures in prone position of Urology BMI Patients with significant cuff leak ( >10-15% of VTe or 110-130ml) prior to prone position
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative pulmonary diseases (obstructive/restrictive) Surgeries done in other than prone position, intraoperative steroid use & emergency surgeries BMI >30 & history of Obstructive sleep apnea
