Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IPD patients with biochemical, radiologic or histopathologic evidence (wherever available) of liver cirrhosis and with qualifying into the ACLF according to APASL definition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with other organ failures unrelated to present ailment which can influence the outcome of this study Patients diagnosed with HIV/Malignancy
