Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with odontogenic keratocyst in the mandible and the maxilla.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled diabetes Cases of recurrence Cases with any pre-existing neurosensory deficit Smokers Pregnant and lactating women
