Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over weight individuals (BMI between 23.0 â?? 24.9 kg/m2 ) 2. Obese individuals (BMI >= 25.0 kg / m2 )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known or suspected case of CAD and High 2.risk for CVD 3.Hypertension 4.PAD 5.Autonomic neuropathy 6.Diabetic related complications
