Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i) Male or female patients aged >= 18 years ii) Patients screened and consented for interventional trials in Breast, head and neck, cervix, Gastro-intestinal, lung withconsent from the respective Principal Investigators
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Patients who are not part of any IEC approved prospective interventional studies ii. Patients who are on active interventions in trials iii. Patients on IEC approved prospective interventional studies and not willing to consent. iv. Patient who are in questionnaire-based studies
