Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years and above. ASA Grade 1 or 2. Unilateral Adhesive capsulitis stage 1 or 2. Patient not responding to physiotherapy or medical therapy up to three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre existing neurologic deficit. Coagulation disorders. Local infection at the site of procedure. Allergic to local anaesthetic agent. Patients with rheumatoid and osteoarthritis causing shoulder pain.
