Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Participant with age Group of 18 to 60 years. b. Participant with clinical features of Bhagandar having single track more than 5 cm will be included after screening. c. Participant irrespective of sex, occupation and economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Participant suffering with systemic disorders like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis B, known cases of malignancy, ulcerative colitis and crohnâ??s disease. b. Participant having multiple fistula and fistula in ano associated with fissure-in-ano, hemorrhoids and pregnancy
